چکیده مقاله:

One of the issues in Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is sensitivity and stability region of the speci c decision making unit (DMU), included ecient and inecient DMUs. In sensitivity analysis of ecient DMUs,the largest region should be found namely stability region thatdata variations are only for ecient DMU under evaluation and the data for the remainingDMUs are assumed xed. Also ecient DMU under evaluation remains ecient with thesevariations. In sensitivity analysis of inecient DMU, it can obtain an eciency score whichis de ned by the manager. In traditional DEA we assume that all inputs and outputs are realamounts and consider continuous inputs and outputs. Although, there are some applicationsin which one or more inputs and/or outputs can only take integer quantities. In this paper,we obtain the stability region for ecient DMU and the eciency score of a speci c inecientDMU changes to a de ned eciency score by management, with integer data

Sensitivity analysis of inefficient units in data envelopment analysis

In data envelopment analysis (DEA) efficient decision making units (DMUs) are of primary importance as they define the efficient frontier. By means of modified CCR model, in which the test DMU is excluded from the reference set, we are able to determine what perturbations of data can be tolerated before frontier DMUs become nonfrontier. In this paper we discuss simultaneous data perturbations i...

Weak Disposability in Integer-Valued Data Envelopment Analysis

Conventional data envelopment analysis (DEA) models normally assume all inputs and outputs are real valued and continuous. However in problems some inputs and outputs can only take integer values, also, both desirable and undesirable outputs can be generated . In this paper the effect of undesirable outputs in integer DEA model is discussed. The proposed model distinguishes weak disposability o...

Theory of integer-valued data envelopment analysis

Conventional data envelopment analysis (DEA) models assume real-valued inputs and outputs. In many occasions, some inputs and/ or outputs can only take integer values. In some cases, rounding the DEA solution to the nearest whole number can lead to misleading efficiency assessments and performance targets. This paper develops the axiomatic foundation for DEA in the case of integer-valued data, ...

Complex-Valued Data Envelopment Analysis

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a nonparametric approach for measuring the relative efficiency of a decision making units consists of multiple inputs and outputs. In all standard DEA models semi positive real valued measures are assumed, while in some real cases inputs and outputs may take complex valued. The question is related to measuring efficiency in such cases. As far as we are aware, ...

Capacity utilization in data envelopment analysis with integer data

In the process of production, some of the inputs are fixed and cannot easily be changed, such as work hours of workers and hours of administrative or work, these types of inputs are fixed and others are variables. In this paper, by considering some inputs or outputs which are limited, their amounts must be integrated; this concept for integer data is extended. We show the importance of subject ...

Ranking Efficient and Inefficient Decision Making Units in Data Envelopment Analysis

Data envelopment analysis is a non-parametric linear programming method capable of the efficiency evaluation of decision making units (e.g. public transport companies). It is very often used in the transport sector for the efficiency assessment of airports, ports, railways and public transport companies. However, the original DEA method does not differentiate the efficient firms and thus, does ...
